Our Peer support service can help you develop your own recovery plan and support you with managing your mental health and care. We have a group of trained peer volunteers, all who have lived experience of mental ill health. We can work with you for up to six months, enabling you to:
Find work or voluntary work
Support with accessing other specialist agencies and organisations
WWork towards personal goals such as getting out of debt or getting fit.
We have a strong focus on choice, recovery and providing you with positive role models. We want to help you to build your life for yourself outside of mental health services, with an emphasis on hope, control and opportunity.
