It's believed it takes an average 21 days to form a new habit. For any action to become a habit, we need to do it repeatedly for our brains to learn that this is a positive thing worth keeping up. So in order to stay consistent, you need to pick a starting point that you know you can stick to, regardless if you have a stressful week, or just don’t feel like it.
Completing a challenge is great for your mental wellbeing, and encourages you to get up and do something new or difficult during these months of Lockdown.
Set yourself 21 days of positive wellbeing activities (and throughout the year if you wish), to help you build and form new healthy habits.
It’s amazing what you can achieve by taking time out of your busy day to focus on you can have a long-term benefit for your mental health.
Completed the challenge?
Amazing! You've now had a healthy boost of feel-good habits to help you continue to get active, get creative and create new positive habits to take care of your mental health.
Why not gift our card to someone you think would benefit from it?
