Counselling Rooms
We have a variety of different rooms available for hire at competitive rates. Whether you are a counsellor looking for a suitable room to see your clients or you are a CEO looking to host a team meeting out of the office. All rooms are located just off the high street in Southend next to mainstream railway and bus stations.
We have four counselling suites for hire. These suites have been designed to deliver small meetings, advocacy or counselling. One of the rooms has been designed to accommodate wheelchairs or can be used for couples’ counselling sessions. One of our rooms is also specialised for children and play therapy and is equipped with a playhouse and toys. Each counselling suite is fitted with a panic alarm system which is responded to by our staff, and the public areas are covered by a CCTV system.
Please note that whilst we aim to accommodate all requests for room hire, the Jubilee Centre is primarily intended as a facility for practitioners providing services that can broadly be termed ‘health and well-being’, therefore priority booking will be given to customers who satisfy that criteria.

Meeting Rooms
We have one room which can be used for meetings, training sessions or therapy sessions for up to 16 people. For a small fee, we can provide tea and coffee. Also available on request are Flipchart/Pens/Paper, Overhead Projector, Hearing Loop and Wi-Fi Access.

Cancellation Charges: More than 7 days will incur no charge, within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, bookings cancelled with no notice will be charged the full booking fee.
