Mental Elf 2020 is now over for another year! This event was our very first virtual event and we'd like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to every single person that took part and to the family and friends that kindly donated. Thank you so much to all the hardworking elves that completed their miles and helped raise awareness and funds for our charity.
During 2020 we saw a significant drop in our fundraising income due to Lockdowns and Coronavirus restrictions.
Mental health support is more important than ever, and the money raised during this event will go towards helping us continue to run vital local services and making sure our charity is here for those who need us in 2021.
We are amazed at your incredible efforts. We had solo walkers and runners, festive fancy dressed running groups, an elfie football team and even a local school take part in this year's event! Many miles have been covered and so far over £4200 has been raised thanks to your dedication.
Our Mental Elf JustGiving page will be open until January 31st for those that would still like to donate to this fundraiser before it ends. If you have set up your own fundraising page, please made sure to close it so that the funds can be processed and sent to our charity.
We would love to say a personal thank you to you if you took part in Mental Elf — If you haven't already, please get in touch with Keeley via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send you a letter and a certificate if you would like one!
If you would like to stay in touch with us and hear about upcoming charity events and news, please consider signing up to our email newsletter
Mental Elf has been a great success and we're hopeful to hold it again this year, whatever 2021 may bring! Thank you again from everyone at SECE Mind for your unwavering support for local mental health.
