Raise awareness on the importance of sleep and help raise vital funds for local mental health services by wearing your pyjamas on World Sleep Day, Friday 19th March and donating £3 to South East and Central Essex Mind.
There's a close relationship between sleep and mental health. Living with a mental health problem can affect how well you sleep, and poor sleep can have a negative impact on your mental health.
"Poor sleep leads to worrying. Worrying leads to poor sleep. Worrying about sleep is like your mind trying to fight itself. That's a horrible place to be."
Whether you've managed to stick to staying smart or have fully embraced the pj work from home wear; with the end of Lockdown in sight, we are offering a last hurrah and encouraging you to fully embrace a day of jammies on zoom meetings, classes or maybe even your daily exercise out!
