South East and Central Essex Mind is committed to providing high quality services which meet the needs of our clients. To achieve this we need to listen to your thoughts and views, in order that we can ensure the services we provide continue to develop to meet your needs.
We Promise
We promise to provide you with feedback on any comments or suggestions you make. By completing the questionnaire we can report your views directly to the Directors of South East and Central Essex Mind at the monthly meetings, along with any action we aim to take to address the comments we have received. You may wish to tell us about the service you have received, make suggestions on how we can improve our services and what new services you would like to see developed, or you may want to make a complaint about our service.
Whatever your comments, South East and Central Essex Mind is committed:

Please be aware that any comments that you make will never have an adverse affect on the service you will receive from us. Your comment will serve to help us to continue to improve the service we offer to you and to others.
Customer Feedback Questionnaire
To enable us to collect your thoughts and views on our services we have developed an online Customer Feedback Questionnaire. The survey will only take a few minutes to complete. The information provided will be treated as confidential and will only be used to improve our services. No individuals will be named or identified in any report arising from this survey.
Periodically we will publish, here on the website, the feedback from the survey, together with a report of any action which may have been taken as a result of the comments received.
For those who do not have access to the internet a paper copy can be obtained, by visiting either our Southend or Chelmsford office, or by calling 01702 60123 and a copy will be posted.
Once completed the questionnaire can be returned online or printed from the website and returned to our office in Southend.

Making a Complaint
If you want to complain, this can be done either verbally or in writing. All complaints are recorded and investigated fully, impartially and promptly. You can make your complaint by

Your complaint will be passed to the relevent manager who will deal with the initial enquiry. Once we have received a complaint we aim to send a written acknowledgment within two working days.
We will endeavour to deal with the issue informally, however if it is not possible to address the issue in this way, the Chief Officer will undertake an investigation and aim to report the findings within 10 working days.
